Elphinstone Bridge To Remain Closed From April 10, Mumbai Traffic Police Issues Advisory

Mumbai traffic notice: due to the closure of the Mumbai Elphinstone Bridge for two years, many traffic deviations will be made in the west and east directions to avoid inconveniences.

Mumbai Traffic Notice: The Mumbai Elphinstone Bridge will be closed temporarily for two years from April 10 for the construction of Elphinstone’s new elevator and the elevated connector high SHIVDI Worli. Construction will interrupt traffic and advise travelers to verify the notice before planning their trips.

Several traffic deviations will be made in the West and East directions to avoid inconveniences. In view of this, the Mumbai Traffic Police have also issued a notice.

Traffic is going to give West: The vehicles that go to Dadar West will turn right in Madkebuwa Chowk (Pearl Tt Junction), were granted along Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Road, turn left in Khodad Circle (Dadar Tt Junction) and continue until their destination through Til.

Traffic that goes to Pabhadevi and Worli: The traffic that is directed towards Prabhadevi and Worli should move directly from Madkebuwa Chowk through Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Road to Krishna Nagar Junction, Suppari Bagh Junction and Bharat Mata Juncion. From there, turn right to Mahadev Palav Road on the Curry Road rail bridge, then turn right in Shingte Chowk teacher and continue towards the desired destination through the Bridge of the lower parel.

Traffic that goes to Pabhadevi and Worli: The traffic for Pabhadevi and Worli Willi is redirected from Madkebuwa Chowk directly at Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Road to Krishna Nagar Junction Workshop, Suppari Bagh Junction, Bharat Mata Junction and Sant Jagnade Chowk. From there, vehicles must turn right on the Guruji road, cross the Chinchpokli rail bridge, then turn right at the comrade Gulabrao Ganacharyya Chowk (Chinchpokli Junctioni Road) and process.

Meanwhile, vehicles that go from Zion and Matunga to Pabhadevi and Worli, through the Elphinstone bridge, will turn right from the Khodad circle through Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar and the process to the desired destination through the Tilak bridge.
