A former journalist was found dead inside his rented apartment in southern Delhi, Malviya Nagar, police said on Saturday.
“We arrived at the scene and we found the By Locked, when we enter the apartment we find the body on the floor of the room,” said a Delhi police officer.
The additional deputy commissioner of the Police (South) Achin Garg said that the body was in a state of decomposition and that the cause of death is not yet clear.
Police are waiting for the post mortem report and has submitted a case under section 194 (suspicious death) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita.
