The White House on Friday a portrait of former US president Barack Obama with a photo of Donald Trump that represents a moment of an attempt to murder last summer. The White House shared a small clip that showed the image hanging on the wall.
The subtitle in X said: “Some new works of art in the White House.” The image is last summer when Trump raised ‘fight, fight, fight’ saying.
The portrait of Obama, presented in 2022, was initially shown in the lobby on the state floor, near the staircase of the presidential residence. The White House has confirmed that it remains in the lobby, but has been transferred to the opposite wall where a portrait of former president George W Bush once hung.
