A man who allegedly issued a threat of death to actor Salman Khan tracked in a village in the district of Vadodara de Gujarat and discovered that he was mentally unstable, police said on Tuesday (April 15, 2025).

Mumbai’s police issued a notice to the 26 -year -old man, resident of a village in Waghodia Taluka Vadodara, to appear before them, they said.

The WhatsApp help line of the Mumbai Traffic Police received a message on Sunday (April 13) where the sender threatened to fly the car of Mr. Khan with a bomb and assault the Y-Plus protector when he entered his residence.

Subsequently, Werli Police in Mumbai registered a case against the unidentified person under section 351 (2) (3) (Criminal intimidation) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and squeezed security outside Mr. Khan’s residence in the Bandra area.

After an investigation, the Mumbai police learned that the threat was sent by a person living in Waghodia Taluka or Vadodara, the district superintendent or the Rohan Anand police told journalists.

“A Mumbai police team, accompanied by the Waghodia police, arrived on the suspect’s house in a Waghodia village on Monday. However, it turned out that the 26 -year -old man, who had sent the message, is mentally unstable and his treatment,” Anand said.

“Mumbai’s police gave him a notice of appearance and left,” added the official.

In April of last year, two people transmitted by motorcycles four rounds outside Mr. Khan residence in the Galaxy apartments in the Bandra area of ​​Mumbai.
