At a moving moment, Prime Minister Narendra Modi with Rampal Kashyap of Kaithal, Haryana, on Monday in Yamunanagar, marking the end of the 14 -year vote of Kashyap to go barefoot. Kashyap had a vote that would not wear shoes until Modi became the prime minister.
Duration of his meeting, Prime Minister Modi gave Kashyap a new pair of shoes, which he was in the presence of the prime minister. Upon meeting Kashyap, Prime Minister Modi asked affectionately: “Hello brother, why did you do this?”

This meeting took place during the Haryana tour of the Prime Minister, where he also inaugurated several development projects and paid tribute to Babasaheb Ambedkar in his Jayanti.
PM Modi shared a video in X and wrote: “At today’s public meeting in Yamunanagar, with Shri Rampal Kashyap Ji by Kaithal. 14 years ago I had tasks of the tasks that will only wear footwear after becoming PM and met.
