The Superior Court of Kerala has issued notices to Prime Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, his daughter T. Veena, and others in a request that seeks a CBI investigation into the financial transactions informed between Cochin Minerals and Rutile Ltd (CMRL), a company based in Kochi and the exalogical solutions, the now descriptive company of Mrs. Veena, before admitting the request. A Court Division Bank, composed of Judges Amit Rawal and PM Loj, sought the list of persons appointed in the Order of the Provisional Board for the liquidation of the Income Tax Department The Report Transactions. Ajayan, the petitioner, also sought an investigation into the alleged political link between companies and the prime minister. The court published the case for May 27.
