The main minister of Assam, Himanta Biswa Sarma, with the director of the Adani Group, Jeet Adani, discussed on Sunday the investments of ₹ 50,000 million rupees for the duration of the conglomerate in February.
Mr. Sarma said the state government expected the proposals given by the Adani group for investment in several sectors, soon.

“We hope that the MOU that we sign a relationship with important investments in the development of an aerodality, hotels, cement plants and key infrastructure projects, will take off soon,” he added.
The president of the Adani Group, Gautam Adani, had announced that the conglomerate will invest ₹ 50,000 million rupees in several sectors in the state, addressing the inaugural function of the Advantage Assam 2.0 business summit in February.
