In a chilling case of murder for suspended honor, a young man hit his own lover until death in the town of Tirlokwa, under the jurisdiction of the Kesaria police station in the East Champaran district, Bihar. The brutal double murder has left the local community staggering.
According to the police, the defendant, Aman Kumar, allegedly attacked his sister and his lover Vikas Kumar with an iron hammer after finding them together inside the family home on Thursday night. Preliminary investigations suggest that love was enraged by discovering the two in what it considers an objectable situation.
According to the reports, Vikas Kumar, a resident of the same village, had a long data relationship with Aman’s sister. Despite the repeated objections of the family, particularly from Aman, the couple allegedly continued their adventure.
Vikas Kumar, according to police sources, had a criminal record and previously fulfilled time in jail in multiple cases. However, it is not clear if their adjustments played a direct role in the reason for the murder.
Chakia’s Superintendent or Deputy Police, Satyendra Singh, confirmed the incident, describing it as a “impressive case of double murder.” The defendant Aman Kumar has been tasks in custody, and the murderer has been recovered, he told reporters. “We are dealing with this as a case of suspended honor murder, and the investigation is ongoing,” he said.
Both bodies have been sent for postmortem exams, and a forensic equipment has been deployed to collect more scene tests.
