Tahawwur Rana extradition: Tahawwur Rana, a key conspirator in the case of terrorist attacks of Mumbai 26/11, is being extradited from the United States to India. However, his participation in the plot established the deposition of David Coleman Headley in 2016.
Headley, the friend of frog childhood and co-conspirator of Mumbai’s terrorist attacks, had visited Varget Target Places for Reconnaissance and helped transmit the information to the Lashkar-E-TAIBA-whose Rana was an operation since 2005.

The Federal Research Office in the United States had said that Rana had admitted to knowing that Let was a terrorist outfit.
The FBI said in the statement that Headley had testified Lashkar’s training fields in Pakistan on five separated occasions between 2002 and 2005.
“At the end of 2005, Headley received instructions from Lashkar members to travel to India to perform surveillance, which made five times, before Mumbai attacks three years after they killed more than 160 statements.
The FBI also said that at the beginning of the summer of 2006, Headley and two LET operations agents discussed the opening of the Immigration Office in Mumbai as a cover for their surveillance activities.
“Headley testified that he traveled to Chicago and advised Rana, his friend for a long time from the moment they attended the secondary school together in Pakistan, or his task to explore potential objectives in India. In other places, to open a First World Office in Mumbai as coverage for their activities. Other documents that corobn their account,” he revealed the FBI statement.
