The Superior Court of Karnataka ordered the state government on Tuesday to follow the guidelines scrupulously issued by the Supreme Court in 2014 about the death of the people accused in the police meetings, in the case of Hubballi. This was the case in which a 35 -year -old man, accused of allegedly killing a 5 -year -old girl after sexual assault, was shot dead while he was in police custody.

A division bank comprising the president of the Supreme Court NV Anjaria and Judge KV Aravind issued the address when listening to a Pil request presented by the Union of Civil Libertads (PUCL), Karnataka.

By raising doubts about police claims about the death of the encounter, the PUCL had sought the preservation of the body of Ritesh Kumar, a migrant bihar worker, while expressing attachment that the body should probably be increased. The petitioner also indicated the guidelines issued by the Apex court in Pucl vs. State of Maharashtra, in 2014.

For research in later internship.

The AG told the Bank that a first information report (FIR) has already been registered and that the investigation has already been delivered to the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) in terms of the Court Apex guidelines while making the Government the government government the government that the Government does not have this case.

In addition, the AG told the court that the question of eliminating the body does not arise in this case, since the autopsy was not performed since the body has not yet been identified by its parents or any relationship according to the norm. The AG also said that the authorities will preserve the sample of body parts, if tasks for analysis, for research purposes.

Meanwhile, the bank postponed a more important hearing on the petition until April 24 while ordering the government to establish a panel to carry out a postmortem investigation and videographs according to the APEX court guidelines.
