Hyderabad is on his way to becoming one of the fastest growing cities not only in India, but throughout the world, the Minister of Irrigation and Civil Supplies Utam Kumar Reddy said on Sunday. Speaking in the annual celebrations of the Cyberab Builders Association, the minister highlighted the rapid evolution infrastructure of the city and the commitment of the Telangana government with the sustainable growth of sustainable growth in the construction sector.

“Hyderabad is emerging rapidly as a global city, backed by a world -class infrastructure. We are entering an era of unprecedented opportunities in which builders can expect constant and interannual growth,” said Reddy, addressing a meeting of real estate developers and interested parties of the industry.

He highlighted the government’s approach in the ease of doing business and ensured continuous support through progressive policies that will empower members of the Cyberab Builders Association. “Our policies will continue to feed profitability and guarantee long -term success for all players in the sector,” he added.

Industry leaders in the event recognize the impulse in the Hyderabad real estate market. The city recorded a remarkable increase in properties records in 2024 compared to the previous year.
