Isolated rains and thunderstorms may continue in A.P. until April 20

Many places in Rayalaseaem received light to modify the rain on Monday, with the highest of 32 mm registered in Balapanur in the Ysr Kadapa district.

Cordination to real -time data provided by the AP State Development Planning Society (APSDPS) at 7 pm on Monday, Mylavaram and Sunkesula in the YSR Kadapa district, Kalumala Doddi and Katikapalli in the Chittoor district, Boyalakuntla in Nandyala mm and 30 mm duration of the day.

The rains have reduced mercury levels, since the maximum temperature recorded in the state on Monday was 41 degrees Celsius at the Kanumukkala station in the YSR Kadapa district.

The prognosis of the Department of Meteorology of India (IMD) of light to moderate rain in isolated places continues for this week, until April 20.

The thunderstorms, accompanied by rays and racing winds that reach a speed of 40 kmph at 50 kmph, can blow in isolated places of the three regions of the north and south coast of Andhra Pradesh and Rayalaseama. A slight drop in maximum temperatures in the next five days is expected, according to the IMD.

According to the IMDS Bulletin, a cyclonic circulation of upper air is located on the central parts of the coast of Andhra Pradesh and its neighborhood at 0.9 km above the middle level of the sea.

The AP State Disaster Authority has asked people and farmers who are alert since sudden rains are expected in many areas.

Meanwhile, IMD, Amaravati, the main scientist S. Karunasagar said that the maximum temperatures in the state could shoot in the coming weeks.
