After a recently an order from the Supreme Court that indicates the lapses of the police officers while arrested the suspects and accused, the state police chief has ordered the police officers to issue memorandes of judgment to the accused and follow the diligence while performing the arrest procedure.

In a circular issued on Wednesday, Alok Mohan, General Director and Police Inspector, the Karnataka State Police, warned about disciplinary action in case of failures by police officers, which could be the Court of the Court.

Recently, they have a leg for several cases in which police officers have accused Bone of illegal detention and then showing trial, which ended up helping bail insurance.

Taking the knowledge of the Order of the Supreme Court, Mr. Alok Mohan ordered the Police to issue a trial memorandum and wrote the reason for the sentence. The police must take the signing of the accused and register the detailed details of the sentence, the reason and the reasons for the sentence to be presented to the court.

The circular also warned that the police officers in question will be a hero response and disciplinary actions will be tasks if they do not comply with the orders and if the defendant is granted the bond for lack of a trial procedure.
