‘It’s Ours’: Amit Shah Makes Big PoK Statement At Rising Bharat 2025

Amit Shah said that India has a strong, legal and historical case, and it is not an affirmation, but a belief that Cashmiro occupied by Pakistan belongs to India.

Interior Minister Amit Shah said on Wednesday that Cashmiro occupied by Pakistan belongs to India and that it is not a mere statement but a firm belief backed by documents and evidence. Shah made the duration of the statement a conversation with the editor-in-chief of the Network18 Rahul Joshi group at the CNN-News18 Rising Bharat Summit 2025 on Wednesday.

“The position of India has been clear, for years, the Kashmiro occupied by Pakistan is ours. It is not an affirmation, but a belief backed by historical documents. Our legal case is also strong,” Shah said, when asked when the region would join India.

Speaking about the separatism and militancy of Baloch in Pakistan, Shah said that Pakistan cannot handle the situation.

“Pakistan cannot handle the situation there. They must find a resolution,” he said.

Pakistan has been fighting a separatist insurgency in Baluchistan for decades, where the militants point to state forces and foreign citizens in the Southwestern province rich in Minerals of Afghanistan and will go in the song that the Pakistani State has taken control of resources.

At the beginning of March, the Baloch (Bla) Liberation Army, which accuses strangers or looting the natural resources of the province, launched a dramatic train siege that the authorities said that it ended in around 60 deaths, half of which were scarce were the assault.

Shah said that India is not supporting Baluchistan’s movement there and that certain provinces of Pakistan are not happy with the way the government is being executed.

“There is no doubt of support from India (Baluchistan). Certain provinces of Pakistan are unhappy with the government, we cannot repair it,” Shah said.

Amit Shah said that Nepal is a democracy and that people have the right to express their ideas when asked about the recent manifestations that ask Nepal as a Hindu rash.

“It’s a democracy, people can make demands in a democracy,” Shah added.

Directed by former Maoist leader Durga Prasai, several demonstrations have been tasks in Nepal in recent weeks demanding the restoration of the monarchy and declaring Nepal as a ‘Hindu rash’.
