Karnataka’s prime minister, Siddaramaiah, has assured that his government and will perform ‘Rohith Vemula Law’, a law that will be framed and promulgated to eliminate caste and discrimination based on identity in educational institutes.

Responding to the letter of former President of the Congress Rahul Gandhi dated April 16 on the social media platform X, urging the Karnataka government to promulgate “ROHith Vemula Law” to ensure that no one faces discrimination based on castes in the educational system, the prime minister said

In a post on x, Mr. Siddaramaiah Said, “Our Government Stands Firm in its Resolve To enact The Rohith Vemula Act in Karnataka – To Reure No Student Faces Discrimination Based On Caste, Class, Or Religion.
