A Kerala woman retracted her false complaint of sexual abuse against a former paramedic instructor, finishing a seven -year legal battle for the man.

In a dramatic reversal of events that ended a seven -year -old legal battle, a woman from Kerala, who had accused a former paramedic instructor of sexual abuse, has removed her complaint, admitting and the accusation was false or another.
The complaint, originally filed in 2017, accused CD Jomon, originally from Ayamkudi Maduraveli and operator of a paramedic institute in Kurupanthara, or abusing an Ernakulam Dering student a training session. The accusation had led to Jomon’s trial, the closure of his institute and a long period of social and family isolation that left his life made.
According to Jomon, the consequences of the case were quick and brutal. Once a respected educator was rejected by relationships and neighbors equally. The Institute that Papleving had closed, and his livelihood collapsed. To support his family, Jomon was forced to take a series of strange jobs. At its lowest point, Hey looked at suicide.

But in a notable turn of events, the woman in the heart of the case recently learned that the suffering Jomon had suffered due to the false accusation. Accompanied by her husband, she traveled to Jomon’s hometown and with him personally. In an emotional gesture of reconciliation, the woman accompanied Jomon to a local church, where he publicly confessed that the complaint had been manufactured under external pressure.
Duration of the service, she offered a sincere apology to Jomon and her family in front of the church congregation. He later appeared before the court and the official retracted his statement, cleaning Jomon from the charges that had been persecuted for years.
Speaking to journalists after the appearance in court, Jomon expressed relief and quiet gratitude. The truth finally came out, he said. After having lived an unbearable pain due to the case, Jomon finally feels that he can breathe again.
