A 91 -year -old man accused or stabbed his wife of 88 years after the accusations of an illicit relationship, the Superior Court of Kerala has granted the bond.

The petitioner, Thevan, had been living with his wife, Kunjali, when tensions arose about the suspicions he expressed about his faithfulness.

According to the case of the Prosecutor’s Office, he accused him of having matters with other women, accusations that left the old man feeling insulted and frustrated.

The confrontation reached a critical point on March 21, when Thevan supposedly attacked Kunjali with a knife, leaving her seriously Kured.

He was arrested the same day and has been in judicial custody since then.

Taking into account The Van bond, Judge PV Kunhikrishnan approached the case with an unusual mix of legal reasoning and lyrical reflection.

“I don’t want to make more discussion about this. Let Thevan, 91 years old happily with Kunjali, his 88 -year -old wife in his old age. There is a happy life for them,” said the court in his order of April 10.

With the bond to the 91 -year -old player with standard conditions, the court said that Thevan should in his old age, his only strength will be his wife, Kunjali, 88, and Kunjali should also be The Van, that only she alone.

Recognizing that the pain was based, the court also chose to highlight the lasting link between the couple.

“Thevan and Kunjali Should Know That Age Not Dim The Light of Love, It Only Makes It Shine Bright. Kunjali, Who Is 88 Years Old, Just Now Loves Her Husband and lobe lobe lobe lobe lobe lobe lobe lobe lobe lobe lobe lobe lobe lobe lobe lobe lobe lobe lover, who hus band Lobe Love, que es oh -oh -oh -oh -oh -oh -love, que es oh -oh -oh -oh -oh -oh -óbulo, que es oh -oh -oh -oh -love, who is oh -love, which is oh.

In a deviation from strictly legal language, the court cited the last work of the poet Malayalam Nn Kakkad Saphalamee Yathra, a poem that reflects on aging, love and quiet company. Some verses were included in the court order.

The court said that a great marriage is not when the ‘perfect couple’ joins, it is when the imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.
