A marriage relationship in Bareilly has been under misfortune. After his marriage, the husband submitted his wife to torture and, still dissatisfied, issued Triple Talaq and expelled her from her home.
Acting in a court order, the police have now registered a case against the accused husband. The victim declared that he had initially denounced the matter to the Cantt Police Station and the senior police officers, but no action was tasks. Frustrated, she sought the intervention of the court.
In the Court’s board, the Cantt Police Station has registered a case against its in -laws. The police have filed a complaint against the husband Javed, the father -in -law Israr Khan, the mother -in -law and the family Guddu, Uwais and Junaid, and have investigated the matter.
The victim detailed in her complaint that she married Thiriya Nizawat Khan Javed seven months ago. She revealed that her husband began to harass her immediately after the wedding.
“My husband told me that while he married with me, he would have to live as his father’s wife. When I refused, he hit me, confined me in a room and left me hungry and thirst,” he said.
When she informed her husband’s behavior to her brothers -in -law Guddu and Uwais, they supported Javed, insisting that she had to obey or leave. Javed then demanded to bring his family RS 2 Lakh to start a business. When he expressed his inability to do so, at his time his triple talaq and took it out of the house.
