L&T and NCC Ltd. to construct Legislative Assembly and High Court buildings

The state government cleared on Thursday the covers for the construction of the buildings of the Legislative Assembly (LA) and the Superior Court (HC) authorizing the development authority of the AP-Capital Region (AP-CRDA) to issue Ltars.

According to a GO issuance by the main secretary (Municipal Administration and Urban Development) S. Suresh Kumar, L&T emerged as the lowest bidder for the construction of the citing a sum of approximately ₹ 617.40 million rupees.

NCC Ltd. achieved the construction work of HC buildings citing a sum of almost ₹ 786.10 million rupees. The building will be a basement+earth+3 floors (B+G+3) structure and the HC building, a basement+land+7 floors (B+G+7).

The CRDA had approved resolutions to grant approvals to said works at its 46th Meeting that on April 5, 2025 and presented the government subdued by sanctions.
