M.P. to launch new milk production policy on Ambedkar Jayanti, says CM

Madhya Pradesh Prime Minister Mohan Yadav, on Saturday (April 11, 2025) announced a new scheme to boost the production of the state’s milk and said that the scheme will be named Dr. Br Ambedkar and launched on April 14 to commemorate its 134th anniversary of birth.

Mr. Yadav said that the scheme was aimed at bringing MP to the first position from its current third place after Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan.

“Madhya Pradesh’s contribution to national milk production is about nine percent. Our government has decided to increase to 20 percent through cattle conservation.
