Manuscripts of Bhagavad Gita, Natyashastra inscribed on UNESCO’s Memory of the World Register

The manuscripts of Bhagavad Gita and Natyasra de Bharat Muni are among 74 new patrimonial documentary collections that have been added to the memory of the Unesco of the World Cup record as or on April 17, which carries the total number of collections registered to 570.

According to UNESCO, tickets on the scientific revolution, the contribution of women to history and the main milestones of multilatery of 72 countries and four international organizations were included.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in a position on X on Friday (April 18, 2025), described registrations as “a proud moment for all Indians worldwide.”

The Minister of Culture of the Union, Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, also tok to X saying that this was a “historical moment for the national heritage of the civilization of Bharat”.
