Murder case: In a shocking development of Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh, another case of murder has emerged that looks a lot with the case of Saaurabh Rajput murder in Merut. The new incident occurred in the Najibabad Police Station area, where Deepak Kumar, a railway technician, was allegedly killed by his wife, Shivani.
As reported by The Times of India, the 29 -year -old man suddenly collapsed a duration of a bid at his home in Najibabad on April night. His wife informed the family that it was a heart attack.
However, since Deepak Kumar was a government employee, his family insisted on an autopsy before the performance of the last rites. The post Mortem report on April 6 confirmed its suspicions, indicating that Deepak had died from strangulation.
After this revelation, Deepak’s family filed a murder complaint against Shivani and an unknown person, which led to his trial. Initial investigations suggest that Shivani could have committed crime to ensure her husband’s work.
On the day of the incident, on April 4, Shivani called his brother -in -law, Piyush, claiming that Deepak had a heart attack and was tasks for the hospital. When Piyush arrived, Deepak was already dead. Shivani’s refusal to carry out an autopsy raised Piyush’s suspicions, which led him to inform the police.
Deepak’s brother said Shivani and one of his friends killed his brother. They had a loving marriage a year and a half ago.
According to the Times of India report, Piyush informed the police that Shivani had antagonistic legs towards them. “She used to physically abuse her mother -in -law,” he said. Deepak’s mother, Pushpa, also added: “She killed him with someone’s help to secure her work.”
The uncle of Deepak, Vishal, said: “My nephew has been brutally killed. He used to work on the railroads. His wife has killed him. She is blaming herself, but she can’t have killed Deepak alone. Someone more is also involved in this. We cannot determine her reason, if she killed him for money or to get a job, but she has killed him.
Duration questioning, it was revealed that Shivani had administered Deepak sleeping pills, which made him lose knowledge. Then supposedly strangled him. After the murder, some time passed before, Deepak to the hospital under the appearance of a heart attack. Hospital doctors declared him dead.
ASP City Sanjeev Vajpayee declared that Shivani is being questioned and that it is also suspected that an unknown person is involved in the crime.
Deepak, originally from the Mukrandpur village in Bijnor, had the leg that lived in a house interested in the Adarsh Nagar neighborhood, Najibabad, as reported by The Times of India. He married Shivani by Chauharpur Nahtaur on June 17. It was a loving marriage and had a six -month -old son.
The report declared that Deepak, who joined the railroads in March 2023, had previously served in the CRPF in Manipur. He left the paramilitary force to settle and build a peaceful life with his family. Unfortunately, his life ended abruptly within a year after starting this new chapter, leaving behind a afflicted family and a small child.
