The opposition parties urge the central government to address the reported cancellation of 52,000 Hajj spaces by Saudi Arabia. Leaders ask for IMEDIATED Action.

The opposition parties jointly expressed concern about the informed cancellation of 52,000 Hajj spaces for Saudi Arabia for Indian pilgrims. They urged the central government to address the problem with Saudi leadership.
“The informed cancellation of the Hajj slots for 52,000 Indian pilgrims, many of whom have already completed the payments, is deeply worrying. In a similar appeal, Tamil Nadu’s Prime Minister MK Stalin said the anguish of Haj’s private quota and urged the Minister of External Affairs, S Jaishankar to interact with the Saudi authorities for an expedited resolution.
