MSN really, the MSN group real estate arm on Friday, announced the launch of its first residential project, ‘One by MSN’, in Neopolis, Kokopet.
The development extends over 7.7 acres and includes five towers with 655 residences, ranging from 5,250 to 7,460 square feet, on 55 floors.
The company has committed ₹ 2,750 million rupees to the project, which is part of its plan to develop 20 million square feet in Hyderabad in the next five years. The current project covers four million square feet.
‘One by MSN’ is designed around the concept of Panchtatva: earth, water, fire, air and sky. It includes private lobby, dual access points and designs aimed at maximizing ventilation and outdoor views, including those of the Osmansagar Lake.
The project includes 1.8 Lakh square feet of services, which include a club club, podium and Skypark with three swimming pools, a yoga terrace, sky cinema, Aqua gym and multipurfose grass. Sports facilities include courts for Bádminton, Squash, Pickleball and Paddleball, a bowling alley and simulators for Cricket, Soccer and Golf. Infrastructure incorporates digital systems and energy efficiency technologies.
