The Mysuru Zoo and the Karanji Lake Natural Park, the two main tourist destinations in Mysuru, will remain open for tourists on Tuesday despite being a vacation for the staff, to serve tourists who visit the city, in view of summer vacations.

Tuesday is a holiday for the zoo and the natural park. However, the Zoo Management has decided to maintain both places open for visitors for the benefit of tourism.

Mysuru has been attracting a large number of tourists since the summer holidays begged, and all the main tourist sites in the city and its surroundings are witnessing an increase in the footprint.

On average, the zoo attracts more than 10,000 to 15,000 visitors a day, which makes it an unmissable destination for tourists as one of the oldest and most prestigious zoos.
