A day after Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar made some comments by questioning the Judiciary to establish a schedule for the president to make decisions, Tamil’s Prime Minister Nadu, MK Stalin, on Friday “No one can be above the law.”
In a publication on social networks, Mr. Stalin said that more than 75 years had passed since the country adopted the Constitution. “The voice of current discomfort of the policies of the constitutional offices, including the governors, the vice president and even the president, to undermine the governments of the opposition and inject right -wing narratives in the public discourse.”
Mr. Stalin also said: “In a democracy, governments must be administered by chosen representatives, not by those appointed ceremonial. No one, no matter how high, may be above the law. Research has exposed for the sugge soleme by reimaging the process.”
It was understandable that this “correction of the welcome course has shaken many anti -democratic forces,” he said and added that the need for the time was to ensure that this restart was implemented in his true spirit.
