Rural Development and Panchayat Raj and IT-BT Minister, Priyank Kharge, who is also in charge of the Kalaburagi district, has instructed officials to find adequate bus facilities for birds for work candidates that arrive from several fair divisions.

The minister also ordered the managing director of Kalyana Karnataka Road Transport Corporation (KKRTC) M. Rachappa to announce the starting places and the time of the transport services in advance.
Prime Minister Siddaramaiah, the president of AICC and opposition leader in Rajya Sabha Mallikarjun Kharge, the main vice minister DK Shivakumar and the legislators of the region will participate in the Mega Employment Fair. They will also participate in the inauguration of the Super-Speciality Hospital here on Wednesday.
Since thousands of candidates are expected to attend the work fair, Mr. Kharge emphasized the need to make arrangements to drink water and food and also mentioned that the necessary police personnel must be deployed to administer the crowd. He then ordered the attached commissioner Fauzianannum to designate officials to supervise both the Employment Fair and the inauguration of the hospital.
Meanwhile, the Minister of Medical Education and Development of Skills, Entrepreneurship and Liveli Hood, Sharan Prakash Patil, said that more efforts should be made to invite Pune companies in Maharashtra and Hyderabad in Telangana to the Employment Fair.
He told the managing director of Karnataka Skill Development Corporation Nagaraj to coordinate with the Federation of Karnataka Trade and Industry (FKCCI), which will help attract more companions for the Employment Fair.
Mr. Nagaraj said that until now 275 employers in 30 different sectors have registered to participate in the Employment Fair. This number includes 157 companies, 80 human resources consultants and 37 payroll service suppliers. Efforts are being made to attract the main IT giants such as Infosys and Wipro. With two days stirring for registration, he said that information, education and communication activities (IEC) will intensify to ensure more records.
Dr. Patil reiterated that around 25,000 work applicants are expected to register and order officials to launch extensive advertising through advertising and radio Jingles.
KSDC president Kanta Naik said the selected candidates will receive appointment letters directly from companies of respect.
She said efforts will be made to provide the necessary training for those who do not ensure jobs in order to help them achieve placement in the future.
