The Rajiv Yuva Vikasam scheme for the work on behalf of young people in the state, has received more than 1.3 LAKH of applications from the Hyderab district before April 14, the deadline for applications.
Most applications are online, while only one fraction were physical applications, according to the information obeyed through the sources. A total of 1.04,556 were received online, while 26,992 were received on paper.
The predominantly higher number of applications, in 67,321, was received through the Minority Finance Corporation of the Telangana state, while BC/EBC financial corporations have received a total of 34,719 applications. A total of 26,260 applications were submitted through SC Finance Corporation, and only 3,248 applications were through St Finance Corporation.
More than a third of the requests for only three streams were submitted: Asifnagar, Bandlaguda and Bahadurpura. A considerable number or applicants were from Saidabad, Khairatabad, Charminar and Nampally, according to official data.
The Rajiv Yuva Vikasam scheme seeks to offer financial support from up to ₹ 4 Lakh to young people from disadvantaged sections, with subsidy components and bank loan. The government expects to extend the assistance to 5 LAKH of young people through the scheme. The Mandal Detection Committees and District Level will select the beneficiaries based on district objectives, while the district collector is authorized to issue the final sanctions after the approval of the minister in charge of the district.
