After this, the Bank of the Supreme Court of the Rohingya refugee hearing so that the Government stopped in such deportations, rejected its pleas.

Human Rights Lawyers Prashant Bhushan, Colin Gonsalves and social activist Harsh Mander were present at the discussion panel along with the journalist Pamela Philipose, the human rights activist Rita Manchanda and the social worker Priyali Sur.

Duration The discussion, the members of the panel presented a study of the various cases of cases and media reports, including a report of The Hindu On the subject.

Inhuman ‘deportation

Speaking on the panel, Mr. Bhushan presented studies of cases of families that were affected by the “inhuman” deportation. “The deportation process that India continued for Rohingya refugees not only violates international law but also its own constitutional laws,” he said. Deporting refugees to a country where there is a genocide against them goes against the constituent values of the right to live and the International Genocide Convention, added the main lawyer.

In addition to the conversation, Mrs. Sur, a social worker who directs the Azaadi project, an organization that works for women survivors of war and conflict, said that although it is important to question how Rohingya refugees could stay in the water, it is equally important to question. “The name of the community has become a taboo; there is an unjustified detention for years, children are separated from their parents and the conditions of the detention centers are inhuman,” he said.
