The Superior Court of Allahabad, while granting bail to a man accused of violation, has expressed concern about an emerging tendency for failed intimate relations that are increasingly in criminal processors.
The court allowed the application of the bond of an Arun Kumar Mishra, a 42 -year -old married man accused of rape by a 25 -year -old woman. The bank said that “personal consequences” and “emotional discord” are being a criminal color through the invocation of criminal laws, partly later or “failed intimate relationships.”

Judge Pahal said that the woman, with a complete and aware knowledge that Mishra had been married three times, chose to establish a corporeal relationship with him. With the bond to the applicant, the Superior Court said that the FIR against him was housed after a delay of several months and seemed to emerge more than the “emotional consequences” of a failed relationship instead of any good fiddoing.
The applicant’s lawyer said that the FIR was delayed six months and that the victim was in a relationship agreed with the applicant. The lawyer also said that the victim voluntarily traveled with him to many places and stayed in hotels with him during the period he allegedly committed the crime.
The informant’s lawyer said that the applicant was already married to three other women, a Casanova and is accustomed to attracting different women to consensual relationships.
After consulting the facts and circumstances of the case, the delay in the presentation of the FIR, the presentations made by the lawyer of the parties, the registered evidence and the victim as a well -qualified woman, the court granted the bond to Mishra.
