To relieve nostalgia among students, the Society of Residential Educational Institutions of Social Welfare of Telangana (TSWRE) launched ‘Telephone Mitra’, a program of extension programs based on the program extension program. ‘Phone Mitra’ allows students to connect with their parents and give them a platform to express their concerns and seek help. Phone Mitra will soon be implemented throughout the state in the 268 residential facilities. Each school or university will have 10-15 phones according to the strength of the students.
How does it work?
Four students share a presentation card, allowing unlimited calls to pre -registered numbers or parents or guardians. The fifth number in each of these cards is a chatbot number driven by AI so that students register their complaints, suggestions or even request help. The message is sent as an alert to the authority in question or the call center established in the company’s office. To avoid misuse, phones allow calls only to registered numbers.
A psychological security network
Through ‘Project Mitra’, students can access the Headmasters psychological support service and teaching staff, trained as ‘Mental Health Warriors’. These professionals can identify emotional anguish and help students achieve a safe mental space. The objective is to promote emotional intelligence among students and prevent depression and, in extreme cases, self -written.
ACCORDANCE TO TSWREIS SECRETARY vs Alagu Varshini Said: “Many Students, or Far From Home for The First Time, Struggle With Homesickness in Gurukuls. This, This, This, This, This.
The program was launched in the Centers of Excellence for Gowlidoddi children in the presence of the legislator Serilingampally Arekapudi Gandhi, Mrs. Alagu Varshini and the senior executive of Gurukul.
