A 25 -year -old woman and her lover were arrested in Bareilly from Uttar Pradesh for allegedly poisoning and strangling her husband with a rope, before organizing the murder as suicide.

The incident follows two shocking cases in Meerut, where women allegedly murdered their husbands with the help of their lovers and tried to cover up crimes.
