A 51 -year -old Pune resident was arrested at Mumbai International Airport for allegedly trying pages of his passport to hide his family trips from his family, a police officer said Wednesday.

In a strange incident, a 51 -year -old man from Pune was intercepted by the immigration authorities at the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in Mumbai International Airport for allegedly starting pages of his passport in an attempt to hide the trips of his Bangkok family, a police officer said Wednesday.

The defendant, identified as Vijay Bhalerao, was intercepted by immigration officials on Monday when the passenger arrived at the immigration counter and some irregularities were found in the foundation of the Foundation. When presenting his passport and shipping pass, it was observed that the traveler had arrived from Indonesia through Vietnam.

Complete commission duration, it was discovered that some pages in their passport were torn. When investigating more, Bhalerao confessed that he had started certain pages of his passport to hide details of previous trips to Bangkok of his family.

A police officer said Bhalerao had visited Bangkok four times last year.

Bhalerao was tasks for the Sahar police station and reserved under relevant sections under the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita (BNS) and the passport law.
