Restaurant owner held for alleged stabbing of employee

Varkala Police arrested on Tuesday the owner of a restaurant in Varkala for allegedly stabbing an employee. The defendant has been identified as Jasir, 41. According to the police, he stabbed Shaji, an employee in his restaurant, after an altercation between them on the license’s demand. Jasir had denied permission to take advantage of the license, which led to a discussion and stabbing.
