The Supreme Court on Wednesday (April 16, 2025) refused to entertain the requests presented by the National Research Agency (NIA) against the bond granted to 17 popular members of the Indian Front in the case of murder of Rsinivasan in the district of Kerala

“Therefore, at this stage we refuse to entertain special license requests with freedom to the petitioners to transfer the Special Court/Superior Court for the cancellation of the bond.

“We make it clear that, when the application is requested, for the cane of the bond, the Special Court or the Superior Court should not be influenced by the fact that the Court has refused to entertain the current special license requests,” the bank said.
