Kanchi Kamakoti Peetham Pontiff Shi Shankara Vijayendra Saraswati Swamy on Friday (April 11) asked to mix scientific and spiritual education to nurture people in noble citizens.
The seer was delivering his speech after inaugurating a ‘Viscanatha Mandir’ located within the ‘Naimisha Guruka’ on the National Sanskrit University campus (NSU) here, when he praised the university for making significant contributions.
Emphasizing the Gurukula system to safeguard traditional sciences, it appreciated the introduction of several curricula at the university. In this sense, he made special sentences in the Shivalinga Consecrated near the meditation room.
