The Muslim League of the Indian Union (IIUML) accused the principal minister Pinarayi Vijayan and the Communist Party of India (Marxist) [CPI(M)] If the polliputization, the controversy of Sir Syed College, alleges that the attempts to blame the IIUM are driven by the hidden reasons.
The president of the district of IIuml Kannur, Abdul Kareem Cheleri, said that the problem related to an administrative error in legal documents about the change in the name of the university was being unnecessarily prolonged for political profits.
“The CPI (M) and the main minister are pulling fishing in problematic waters by portraying the league as earth monoparanores,” he said in a statement.
Mr. Cheleri clarified that the Muslim Educational Association of the Cannanore (CDMEA) district, which directs the university, already had an executive decision to correct the error in the affidavit through legal channels.
“There is no ambiguity. The country is owned by WAQF. The problem will be resolved by rectifying the affidavit presented in the Court,” he said, added that the League had always respected the WAQF state of the Earth and had no intention of violating it.
