Airports between the Airport of India (AAI) authority in the state have seen a slight improvement in the airport customer satisfaction index in Round II 2024 compared to the previous Round I 2024.
Four State-Belgavi, Hubballi, MySuru and Gulbarga airports were appeared in the AAI client satisfaction index for airports for Round II 2024 in front of Round I 2024.

The survey takes into account 33 parameters, including land transport to/from the airport, parking facilities, the availability of luggage cars cars, tail time in cool/check-in line, efficiency of check-in personnel, courtesy and help of check-in staff, thoroughness of safety inspection, value for money or restaurant/restaurant, comfort of the waiting areas/gateway Internet/Wi-Fi, among others.

Belagavi airport obtained a 4.91 score in the customer satisfaction index in the last survey compared to 4.73 in the previous survey. MySuru airport obtained a 4.90 score compared to 4.70 and Kalaburagi airport obtained a score of 4.89 compared to 4.72 in the previous survey.
