Suhana Seth, the executive director of a startup based in Bengaluru, who was arrested for the murder of her four -year -old son at a Goa hotel last year, has now reserved for assaulting a agoldita woman within the facilities of the Central Prison, where she was imprisoned.
According to the police, the incident took place on Monday. The ‘fight’ with the Lady police agent begged after Seth “the internal record of the Ladies Prisoner Block without permission.” The FIR said that when questioning, Seth abused the police “with dirty words and pushed her and attacked her with kicks and took her hair, thus causing body injuries.”
Seth has been reserved under section 121 (1) (voluntarily wounded or severely hurt to deter a public server from its duty) and section 352 (intentional insult to provoke) or the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita.

Later, the police found that Margao’s direction was false. Police spoke with the taxi driver who was Seth to Chitradurga and asked him to take her to the nearest police station.
After checking the Seth bag, the police found their child’s body in it. A GOA Calangudo Police team hastened Chitradurga and Tok about Seth’s case. According to the police, Seth supposedly killed her son in the middle of a custody battle with her separate husband.
Seth was reserved under sections 302 (murder) and 201 (destruction of evidence) of the Indian Criminal Code and section 8 of the GOA Children’s Law.
