Tahawwur Hussain Rana, the most wanted in India who is accused of consigning the 26/11 terrorist attacks in Mumbai, landed in India on the day of the day around 2:30 pm, a day after an Indian team of multiple agencies left him with a species.

Rana has been accused of criminal conspiracy, moving the war against the government of India, murder and falsification and under the Ulawful Activities Law (prevention).

What are the charges against Tahawwur Rana?

It is known that Tahawwur Rana, a Canadian entrepreneur of Pakistani-Origen origin, was an active operation of the terrorist team Lashkar-E-Tiba (LET). The NIA charges against Tahawwur Rana presented in December 2011, he accused him, David Headley and six others to plan and execute terrorist attacks in India.

The charges included statements of 134 witnesses, 210 documents and 106 emails, including one of David Headley’s wife who “congratulated him” for his graduation and also said that she “all day.”

David Headley and Tahawwur Rana were constantly communicating in the period prior to 26/11 attacks, showed electronic emails that are accessed by NIA.
