The main lawyer Dayan Krishnan, the main criminal lawyer of India, is ready to direct the prosecution of national investigation agencies against the defendant 26/11 of Tahawwur Rana, who will probably land in India this afternoon. The 64 -year -old defendant is expected to be presented at the Tihar prison in Delhi, Fuentes reported, adding that he will be arrested by the National Research Agency (NIA) immediately.

The United States Supreme Court rejected Tahawwur Rana’s plea of maintaining its extradition to India, stating: “The request for stay addressed to the President of the Court is denied and refers to the Court.”
The Interior Minister of the Union, Amit Shah, said that ensuring the extradition of Tahawwur Rana is a “great success” or the Government diplomacy of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
