A cabinet meeting chaired by Prime Minister MK Stalin approved on Thursday the industrial policy of the Tamil Nadu 2025. The special package and the payroll subsidy were among the characteristics of the policy.
Going to journalists after the meeting, the Minister of Industries, TRB Rajaa, said that the cabinet approved an important policy on the space sector for the State, which has included the steps to attract the melody of ₹ 10000 million rupees in the next five years.
The objective was also to generate employment opportunities for about 10,000 people through the creation of a group of talented young people for companies. I thought the approach was in the manufacturing sector generally, the government was focusing on new sectors, including the related space and service industry, he said.
Noting the talent available in the state, especially in the space sector, Mr. Rajaa said: “We have a company that is printing rockets here.” A special package will be given for companies in the space sector. The policy presents several incentives for new companies and companies that contribute to the space sector in the State, incentives for companies if they choose to invest in specific locations in the state.
Payroll subsidy up to 30% in the first year of employment is also among the characteristic of politics. Mr. Rajaa said it was a “golden day” for the space sector and that politics would be a bean for southern Tamil Nadu.
