Robert Vadra, entrepreneur and brother -in -law of the opposition leader in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi, said Wednesday that he is being attacked by the investigation agencies, since it is part of the Gandhi family and that things had been different.
Vadra, whose wife Priyanka Gandhi made her electoral debut last year, said she is now almost an activist and will soon join politics, since she has been working with people since 1999.
The businessman, whom he was interrogated by the Execution Directorate (ED) for the second consecutive day on Wednesday in a case of money laundering from Haryana Land in 2008, said the same questions are asked.

Vadra, 56, arrived at ED’s office around 11 am accompanied by his wife and deputy of the Wayanad Priyanka Gandhi Congress. He was allowed to go home to have lunch around 1:10 pm. The interrogation is expected to continue after lunch.

He said that he and his family are a unit and that such cases only strengthen their relationship with his wife.

“I feel that people no longer believe in the agencies that everyone in the country has realized that the Emergency Service and other agencies are being used to press those who exhibit the irregularities of the Government. The investigation against Vadra is linked to a land agreement in Manesar-Shikohpur in Haryana (now sector 83) in Gurugram.
As part of the land agreement of February 2008, Skylight Hospitality PVT LTD, where Vadra was director before, bought 3.5 acres of land at Shikohpur from Onkareshwar Properties per RS 7.5 million rupees.
A Congress government led by Prime Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda was in power in Haryana at that time.
In September 2012, Skylight Hospitality PVT LTD sold these 3.53 acres of land to Realty Major DLF for RS 58 million rupees.
The land agreement had controversy in October 2012 after the Officer of IAS Ashok Khemka, then published as General Director of Land Consolidation and Land Registries, General Inspector of Registry of Haryana, canceled the mutation, categorized the transaction as a violation. Procedures
