An 18 -year -old boy died after stabbing a fight allegedly triggered by a play on play music in an event in the northwest of Delhi, police said on Sunday (May 18, 2025).

Bheem Sen, a resident of the Badhola village, was injured in the attack that took place in the village on Saturday (May 18, 2025). It was tasks for Babu Jagjivan Ram Memorial for a friend, where he died, a police officer said.

Police said Sen had a minor altercation with a group of children on Friday about playing music in an event. The next day, in an alleged act of retaliation, the group attacked him with a knife.

“He substantiated two white wounds and, despite medical efforts, he could not save. A FIR has been registered at the Mahendra Park Police Station,” said the officer.

He said that a team of crimes and forensic experts visited the scene and gathered evidence. The body was sent by Post Mortem, he added.

Duration investigation, four minors were arrested and the weapon used in the attack has not yet recovered, said the officer.

“Efforts are being made to track and seize the knife used in the crime. More investigation is being carried out to determine the sequence of events and determine if more individuals were involved,” he said.
