The Cyberab police have issued a notice to a senior IAS officer for the reimbursement of an image generated by a land package of 400 acres in Kancha Gachibowli, adjacent to the University of Hyderabad (UOH).
Smit Sabharwal, on March 31, again published an image with land movement machines, two deer and a real turkey, which was originally shared by another management of social networks about ‘X’.
“A notice was issued under section 179 BNSS on April 12 to the IAS officer,” a police officer told PTI.

The plan of the Telangana Government to auction this sensitive ecological land for the construction of urban infrastructure and a IT park has caused protests by the UOH Student Union.
Student groups and environmental activists have expressed their opposition to the development of proposals on the site, citing organic conservation conerns.
The Telangana government said that the 400 acres land in Kancha Gachibowli belongs to it.
The matter is currently heard both in the Superior Court of Telangana and in the Supreme Court.
