The Garden Cafe in Bengaluru
Bengaluru loves a nice coffee. Foodstories is the new gourmet gourmet store in Lavelle Road in Bengaluru. And the store has a picturesque coffee, rightly entitled The Garden Cafe, deputy. Together with an old school charm, coffee prioritizes fresh products and well -being, with ingredients such as sea growing, moringa, marine collagen, Ashwagandha and hemp oil. After an occupied morning, I go to my brunch.
Located next to the famous Hotel Airlines, coffee is striking from the street. The interior designer Vinita Chaitanya is the brain behind the 70 seats. He has a charming greenhouse style, lamps and Victorian fans, and floral arrangements at each table. It is a reminiscence of the iconic greenhouse of Lalbagh of Bengaluru. We start with a tour of the store. It offers gourmet products and several experience and interactive centers. International and international brands are supplied on the shelves.

Pomelo and Mango Salad
Sip of well -being
The glass roof makes coffee quite warm in the afternoon, something that I hope the team will fix soon. The beautiful Ratán fans did little to help.
The coffee is from Nandan, a Mumbai -based brand that obtains its beans from a farm in Kodaikanal. The coffee menu has options such as planes and whites, cold beer selections and house specials. From the specials, I try the seasonal Tonic Yuzu Cold Brew. Fizzy, citrus and refreshing is perfect for a summer morning. Raspberry milk is beautiful and delicious; The drink is covered with three raspberries for additional crunch.
From Juicery, I try the Chia Coconut refrigerator. Coconut water, tender coconut, chia seeds and marine collagen. All drinks can be leveled with well -being ingredients such as hemp oil, vegan collagen, moringa, Ashwagandha, sea sword or powder protein.

The Quinoa Super Bowl
What we ate
The food menu has breakfast, salads, small personal dishes and large dishes. A grapefruit and mango salad is the first to arrive. The dish has grated grapefruit, baby spinach, arugula, small cucumbers, mango and texture: swollen rice. The dressing is light. You can overcome this with roasted chicken or curry pawns. The next on the table is the Mac Chile and the cheese. The menu said it comes with a homemade cheese sauce, but to my surprise it is a green sauce like a pesto. Leaving aside the confusion of nomenclature, the dish was creamy.
I try a pinsa, a flat bread pressed by Rome. Mine is covered with burrata, roasted pumpkin, pinions and artichokes. I am not a fan of this bread style, however, the ingredients are fresh and tasty. Croissantwich Ligurian is a delicious Croissant sandwich. The freshly baked croissant of the store is filled with pest of basil, burrata cheese and relic tomatoes. This is a success around the table.

For dessert, we tried the fashionable and modern croissant gianduja cube. Croissant -style bread is baked in the form of a cube. The cake is not only covered with gianduja chocolate, but also has a chocolate filling. The dough is scratched,While chocolate is decadent. I enjoy this sweet gift.
Unfortunately, the service is slow and erratic; I hope the thesis is initial problems that are solved as things get hot. With a little climate control, the Garden Cafe can be the new favorite place in Bangalore, thanks to its proximity to the city center and Cubbon Park.
