On Thursday (April 10, 2025) he lashed out at Mamata Banerjee about his statement from the National Secretary of the Bharatiya Janata (BJP) party, on Thursday (April 10, 2025) against the Prime Minister of Western Bengal, Mamata Banerjee, about his statement that he would not allow implementing the WAQF Law (ENMIENDA) in the State.
She claimed that she is cheating on people, Mr. Chough also called Mrs. Banerje to emerge as the “New Jinnaah of India”, and the Trinamool Congress (TMC) is playing the same role as the former Muslim League did before the independence of India.

“The WAQF law has been implemented in the country and Mamata Banerjee is unnecessarily and absurdly to people. Chough said while talking to the press in the party office.
“Mamata Banerje has become the modern Jinnah of India and TMC is playing the same as the Muslim league used to do before the independence of India. Mohammad Ali Jinnah used to spread tension and talk lies; he attacked a Hindu’s house, shows that TMC is the Muslim league of modern India,” he says.
Mr. Chough claimed that he is insulting the Constitution and its federal structure. “She carries the secularism mask for the simple policy of voting banks,” added the BJP leader.
When asked about Rahul Gandhi also calling the WAQF law “anti-spi-musulman”, Mr. Chough said: “Is Rahul Gandhi a delayed child. I want to ask if Pasmanda Muslims should obtain their rights or not?
He also made a scathing attack against Congress and his allies, mainly Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD).
Allowing the leaders of India, Mr. Chough said that the parties of the ‘Indi’ alliance have worked to crush the rights of backward and private sections for years and have conspired against Ambedkar’s ideas.
“The parties such as Congress and the RJD, which call them Same Congress, “Mr. Chug said.
In addition, he claimed that the speech against the Rajiv Gandhi reserve in the Parliament on the report of the Mandal Commission and the defense of Rahul Gandhi for the abolition of the reservation in foreign soil exposes the mentality of the congress and its real attitude classes.
The BJP leader said that during the last seven decades, Congress has continuously insulted Dr. Ambedkar, the Constitution of India and the spirit of social justice, while the RJD has been making a petty policy of the voting bank.
In an acute tone, Mr. Chough asked if it is Lalu Prasad himself who participated in the JP movement that opposes the emergency imposed by Indira Gandhi. “If so, what motive or selfish greed is today with the same congress that murdered democracy, crushed the Constitution and the hero to the hostage country?” Said Mr. Chough.
The allegation that Indira Gandhi demolished 50 elected governments and about 90 governments were dismissed by the rule of Congress in total.
