TTD Introduces WhatsApp-Based Services For Tirumala Devotees After CM Naidu’s Visit

TTD is launching WhatsApp -based services to make services related to the temple more accessible and efficient after the recent visit of Andhra Pradesh CM Chandabu Naidu to Tirumala.

After the recent visit of Andhra Pradesh’s prime minister, Chandababu Naidu, Tirumala, the Tyrupati Devasthanams (TTD) Tirumala have announced a series of transformative initiatives aimed at improving the pilgrimage experience. In a review meeting with the Governing Council of TTD and the officials of Amaravati, Naidu highlighted the need to improve the facilities for devotees, including simplified ticket reserves, accommodation allocations and real -time updates on the activities of the temple.

As part of these reforms, TTD is launching WhatsApp -based services to make services related to the temple more accessible and efficient. This movement is aligned with the broader electronic government strategy of the Andhra Pradesh government, which has already allowed several civic services, such as caste certificates and income, through WhatsApp.

“TTD has integrated 15 services at WhatsApp. We have presented the details to the state government and update the options accordingly. Our goal is to reduce waiting times for ticket reserves, accommodation, allow devotees, allow devotees Venkateswarlu Naidu, GM attached to the Wing of you in TTD.

How to access TTD services on WhatsApp

  1. Save the number 9552300009 in your contacts.
  2. Open WhatsApp, look for the number and start a conversation with the assistant of citizens of the state government.
  3. Send a simple message: “Hello.”
  4. You will receive a welcome message: “Welcome to the Citizen Assistant Service of the Government of Andhra Pradesh. Your convenience is our priority. Choose the civil service you need.”
  5. Click “Select Services” and then select “TTD Temple Services”.
  6. Four options will be presented:
    • Sarvadarshan status live slotted
    • Sarvadarshan Live state
    • Sri Vani Trust Live Status
    • Early deposit reimbursement

Service descriptions

  1. Sarvadarshan status live slotted: Verify the real -time availability of Sarvadarshan tokens in Tarupati, including fees and tokens issued.
  2. Live state of Sarvadarshan: Get updates on the number of devotees waiting in Vaikuntam Queue Complex-2, including tail compartments and estimated waiting times.
  3. Sri Vani Trust Live state: See the current status of Srivani tickets in Tirumala, including the details of available and emitted tickets.
  4. Advance Deposit Refund Live Status: Make the status of your precautionary deposit reimbursement, applicable for room assignments in Tirumala.

Future plans

TTD has planned to expand this WhatsApp service to offer more characteristics, including detailed information on donations and other temple services. This initiative is part of TTD’s continuous efforts to improve the devotee experience and modernize temple management.
