U.P. govt to soon launch new health policy, eyes private investment

The Uttar Pradesh government will soon launch a new health policy to improve hospital infrastructure throughout the state with the focus on attracting private investments for health reform. According to the new policy, super specialties of 200 beds in municipal corporations and 57 headquarters of the district will be established.

Mr. Adityanath recently held a high -level meeting, where he ordered that the health infrastructure of Uttar Pradesh coincides with the global standards. After this, the officials informed him about the framework of the proposal health policy.

“Politics is expected to allane the way for the establishment of super specialty services such as neurosurgery, cardiology and oncology in all districts. In addition, private hospitals will be integrated into health schemes of the key government such as’ Like’s Like’s Like’s Like’s Like’s Like’s Mukhyamantri Jan Aregya Yojana,” the statement added. ”

The new health policy is likely to be based on three model A, model B models and model C. The model to cover 17 municipal corporations areas. In these areas, private investment will be encouraged to establish at least three super specialized hospitals with a minimum of 200 beds each. These hospitals will offer advanced facilities such as internal medicine, surgery, radiotherapy, oncology, motherhood care, cardiology, neurology, urology and gynecology services. Model B will focus on the headquarters of District 57, where 200 -bed hospitals will also be established. These hospitals will provide the same advanced services as those of model A. The model C will be directed to rural and backward areas in the 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh. According to this model, 100 -bed hospitals will be established to offer general medical care, general surgery, obstetrics and gynecology services.

In the new health policy, the UP government probably offers important incentives to attract private investors in the health sector. These include up to 100% exemption in the Timbre Tax for Land Purchase, Priority in Electrical Connections and Fast Way Approves (NOC) to establish hospitals.
