The Minister of the Union, Nitin Gadkari, asked the officials to make decisions quickly to accelerate the implementation of road projects on Tuesday.
When heading to the annual awards ceremony on national roads, the Minister of Transportation and Road Roads regretted that the Ministry does not move archives unless someone shouts for it.
“Unless someone shouts, the archives do not move in the ministry in the ministry … at least 2 percent of the ministry employees who do not make decisions in time must be withdrawn,” he said.

Gadkari said around 2 LAKH of cases in land acquisition are pending in the Supreme Court.
